Hello, I'm Ms. McKenna!
I am a St. Louis native. I grew up in Kirkwood with my parents, two sisters, and brother. They are all still in the area and we love spending time together. (My older sister is a middle school English teacher at Ladue Middle School!) Now, I live in St. Louis city with my dog Dico. I love traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoying reading, yoga, and making art.
This will be my 13th year in education and my 7th OB. Kindergarten is definitely my favorite grade to teach, but I've also taught pre-K, first and fifth grade. I also have a gerbil, Moose, who spends weekdays at OB! Old Bonhomme is an amazing school full of diverse learners and caring teachers. I love being a part of this community and hope your child does too!
