KK has been exploring kindness. This week, we discussed what it means to be a good friend and thought about the reasons why we like the people in our classroom. We then wrote compliments for our friends on rainbows we created. We will hang these up in the room to remind ourselves that we are lucky to have such kind and friendly classmates.
OB participated in an Abilities Awareness Day with our buddies. 3B and KK got to learn about DASA, Therapy Dogs, and that being fair doesn't always mean equal because everyone is unique and has different needs. Ask your child about their favorite part of the day!
We wrapped up our science unit on force and motion by creating our own home made toys called galimotos. The goal was for our wheels to roll as we pushed and pulled our toys.
